There isn't the same fate in the tv series compared to the novels of Doyle, also for the character played by Andrew Scott who has appeared in a disturbing video. There are many theories about it, including the one that sees Moriarty back in the form of artificial intelligence.
So anything is possible. Expect anything, been on alert!

Nella quarta stagione dobbiamo aspettarci una tragedia.

Aggiungendo "fa parte del gioco, non può essere soltanto avventura". «Come sarà chiaro ormai da parecchio, Doyle è il nostro Dio assoluto, ma abbiamo già intrapreso qualche cambiamento lontano dalla storia originale… Ci sono ancora molte sorprese in agguato».

Non sembra esserci lo stesso destino nella trasposizione televisiva rispetto ai romanzi di Doyle, visto e considerato l’episodio finale della terza stagione, anche per il personaggio interpretato da Andrew Scott che ha fatto capolino in un inquietante video. Ci sono molte teorie a riguardo, compresa quella che vede Moriarty tornare sotto forma d’intelligenza artificiale.
Quindi tutto è possibile. Aspettiamoci qualunque cosa, state in allerta!

Benedict Cumberbatch: Sherlock Once again demonstrates his enormous potential intellectuals, despite not having his mark as in the first episode.

On the plot:
Less beauty than the first episode, dull for the first hour and then recover when Sherlock begins to understand the code. A bad episode without involvement, poor plot and the police inspector even more subdued as the same figure of the previous episode.

Critical aspects:
Without substance.
Forced the role of Watson marginalized compared to Sherlock, during the investigative action. An interesting aspect though is the cliché of misconception that Watson believes that coincides with the figure of Sherlock.

Benedict Cumberbatch: Ancora una volta Sherlock dimostra la sue enormi potenzialità intellettuali, nonostante non abbia lasciato il segno come nella prima puntata.

Watson: Rispetto alla prima puntata più burattino e nel mani del nostro Sherlock, rischia la vita e quella della sua nuova conoscenza, che probabilmente assumerà un ruolo importante nella vita di Sherlock ed Watson e magari riproponendo la triade investigativa assunta negli ultimi venti minuti di episodio.

Sulla colonna sonora:
Prettamente inglese. Buone musiche di accompagnamento.

Sulla trama:
Niente di paragonabile alla prima puntata,moscia per la prima ora per poi riprendersi quando Sherlock comincia a comprendere l'enigma. Una puntata non all'altezza del primo episodio, poco coinvolgimento, poco intreccio e l'ispettore di polizia ancora più sottomesso rispetto alla figura stessa dell'episodio precedente.

Aspetti critici:
Non all'altezza del primo episodio, privo di sostanza.
Forzato il ruolo di Watson marginato rispetto allo Sherlock che neanche si degna di aprirgli la porta, durante l'azione investigativa. Un aspetto interessante anche se da clichè è l' equivoco  secondo cui l'antagonista crede che Watson coincida con la figura di Scherlock.

The misogyny and observation distinguish, arrogance and self-confidence, make the character unique and above everything. Sherlock is the purest logic, is a pure synthesis of the concept. He replace the pipe with the nicotine patches, but he keep the usual address in Baker Street, eliminated the etiquette that Sherlock a time he brought with him and leave him free to be rude, to offend, to show even more its intellectual superiority. And for readers of Holmes is just to have fun in the hunt for details.

Dr. Watson in Martin Freeman, the former military doctor returned from Afghanistan that turns out not fearful of returning to civilian life, but nostalgic war, Sherlock at first glance it looks, understand it and understand in a moment more than you his analyst did with more sessions. The few episodes of a season could prove fatal for a return to the hunched position over the books of the first Sherlock, Doyle signed.

Amante dei detective senza distintivo, cresciuto con Edgar Allan Poe e la poetica figura dell'investigatore Dupin, colui che ha ispirato persino i manga giapponesi con Conan il detective o con la signora Fletcher (così, volendo); mi ritrovo a parlare di uno Sherlock sommerso dalla tecnologia. Chi l'avrebbe detto? Non trovando una modernizzazione in senso stretto, ma una riuscita trasposizione ai nostri giorni.
Scrittura, regia, fotografia e interpretazioni eccellenti. Uno dei migliori esordi di stagione da molto tempo. Un omaggio a "Uno Studio in Rosso", primo romanzo di Doyle e si parte con uno dei personaggi più affascinanti di tutti i tempi.

- Sherlock Holmes in Benedict Cumberbatch: Nella prima scena già si delinea lo Sherlock che conosciamo dai romanzi: un giovane uomo metropolitano pulito, con cappotto Belstaff da 1000 sterline, elegante nell’abbigliamento, felino nelle movenze e nello sguardo. La misogenia e l'osservazione lo contraddistinguono, l'arroganza e la sicurezza di sè rendono il personaggio unico e al di sopra di tutto. Sherlock è la pura logica, è pura sintesi del concetto. Si sostituisce la pipa con dei cerotti alla nicotina, ma si mantiene il solito indirizzo in Baker Street, eliminato il galateo che lo Sherlock di un tempo portava con sé e lo lasciano libero di essere scortese, di offendere, di mostrare ancora di più la sua superiorità intellettiva. E per i lettori di Holmes c’è solo da divertirsi nella caccia ai dettagli.




- Dr. Watson in Martin Freeman, il medico ex militare tornato dall'Afganistan che si scopre non timoroso di tornare alla vita civile, ma nostalgico della guerra, Sherlock fin dal primo sguardo lo osserva, lo comprende e capisce in un attimo più di quello che la sua analista ha fatto con più sedute. Interpretazione del nostro ormai ex Bilbo Baggins, eccellente. Anche in questo si denotano fin da subito le caratteristiche chiave del personaggio. Martin Freeman dà vita ad un dottore che si emancipa dal ruolo di secondo, divenendo per l’investigatore un compagno alla pari.

E qui in partcolare, non hanno sbagliato nulla. La coppia Sherlock - Watson è perfetta: dove c’è l'investigatore con il cellulare in mano non di sua proprietà, c'è Watson a domandargli dove l'ha preso; fin dal primo incontro sono riusciti a creare la incontroversibile verità: senza l'uno, l'altro non può diventare grande.




- La tecnica della trasposizione messaggi - pensieri è una delle idee più innovative del telefilm, dove appaiono in primo piano i messaggi, rendendoci partecipi non soltanto di ciò che bisogna sapere riguardante la storia e la sua trama, ma anche per conoscere i pensieri di Sherlock; è come se quella trasposizione ai giorni nostri a cui abbiamo accennato fosse finita, non si sa bene come, al centro del progetto realizzativo del telefilm. Come se il regista voglia sottolineare la volontà di creare un personaggio con la stoffa di Sherlock nei giorni nostri, per garantirgli quel posto che gli spetta nella vita reale, nella nostra vita quotidiana attuale. [SPAM!]
[E la trasposizione ai giorni nostri non avviene solo da un punto esclusivamente tecnologico (pensate come sia proprio il GPS a "risolvere" o almeno a facilitare l'intreccio)] ma anche la componente psicologica non deve essere sottovalutata. Assurdo e paradossale in un film dove la logica gioca da protagonista e mette in scacco ogni emozione. E come se non bastasse, è proprio lo stesso Sherlock a fare da filo conduttore riguardo la psicologia, correggendo uno dei poliziotti, che lo definì con tono irrisorio uno psicopatico, affermandosi come uno sociopatico iperattivo. La distinzione fra sociopatia e psicopatia è incredibilmente moderna e in qualche modo è l'ultima sottolineatura di una serie contestualizzata ai giorni nostri.


Gli aspetti positivi di Sherlock sono talmente positivi da avere una consistenza, più che un valore numerico, uno degli inizi di stagione più belli da molto tempo. Una serie che fa della recitazione e della sceneggiatura uno dei suoi punti di forza, senza se e senza ma. Guardatelo e divertitevi, ma rammentate... Le poche puntate di una stagione potrebbero rivelarsi fatali per un ritorno alla posizione ricurva sopra i libri del primo Sherlock, firmato Doyle.
